Delivery

Our last day for accepting new orders in time for Christmas delivery is the 15th December. If you order after 15th December, your order will not be processed until 8th January at the earliest.

 1- Tea Light and tableware orders are sent by First Class Post.

2- We aim to dispatch tea light orders within 10 days although at busy times like Christmas this can be longer. Personalised tealights take up to 3 weeks to make and send. Orders for Snowball lights can take up to 4 weeks. You will receive an email confirmation when the items have been dispatched.

UK

£4.45 for orders up to the value of £60

£6.95 for orders to the value of £61 to £149

Orders of £150 or over will be sent via courier at a charge of £15

 

EUROPE

Import duty may be payable on orders over a certain value but as this varies from country to country we can not provide costs and suggest our buyers check before ordering.

P&P for orders up to the value of £60 is £9

P&P for orders from £61 to £149 is £15

Orders over £150 will be sent via courier. Please contact us for a quotation.

 

USA & REST OF THE WORLD

P&P for 1 tealight or item of tableware is £7. For each further item add £2

All payments are made in sterling so are subject to current exchange rates. 

 

Cancelling your order

We operate a policy for cancellation to allow you a cooling off period after placing your order. If you are contracting as a consumer, in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations you may cancel your order at any time without reason within 14 working days of delivery. You may cancel your order for any reason provided:

  • You or the recipient notifies us of your cancellation in writing/ e-mail to the address on Luna Lighting’s “contact us" page within fourteen working days of delivery.
  • The goods remain unused and component parts are unopened.
  • You or the recipient retain and take reasonable care of the goods until returned.
  • You return packaged item(s) to Returns at Luna Lighting Mail Order Service to the address on the "contact us" page.
